  • Vernitta Easton – Primary school teacher

    Vernitta Easton completed the Bachelor of Education (Teaching) Primary specialisation, Bachelor of Education (Honours) and Master of Education and is now working as a Primary school teacher.

  • Ujitha Galappaththige

    Ujitha Galappaththige is studying the GradDipTESSOL. He teaches junior science and senior chemistry and biology at Aorere College, Auckland.

  • Kristofer Ekholm

    Kristofer completed the Master of Teaching (Secondary) programme so he can qualify as a History and Social Studies teacher.

  • Miranda Makin

    Miranda Makin is studying a Doctor of Education with an educational leadership inquiry pathway. She is currently an associate principal at an Auckland secondary school.

  • Roberto McLeay

    Roberto McLeay graduated with a Master of Counselling. He works with the counselling division of Bays Youth Community Trust and also does private practice work.

  • Red Nicholson

    Red Nicholson completed a Graduate Diploma in Teaching (Secondary) and, in 2017, started in the Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership programme. He is a Year 9 Dean and Media Studies teacher at Onehunga High School.

  • Louise Zame

    Louise Zame is studying a Master of Education (180 points). She is currently teaching at New Lynn Primary School where she has been working for the past 12 years.

  • Miranda Palmer

    Miranda Palmer is enrolled in the Master of Social and Community Leadership. She is also a youth worker with CanTeen, supporting 13 to 24-year-olds affected by cancer.

  • Adam Driver

    Adam Driver is currently the Deputy Principal for the high school section of Michael Park School. He completed a Master of Education in 2016 and was awarded the Habens Prize for having achieved the highest marks in an Education masters at the faculty.

  • John Darroch

    John Darroch is studying a Master of Social Work. He also is a youth worker at Youth Horizons Trust.

  • Juliana Kapi

    Juliana enrolled in the Master of Social Work (Professional) to fulfill her goal of obtaining a professional social work qualification.

  • Anna Tizard

    Anna studied a Master of Social Work (Professional) and is now working as a fully qualified social worker.
