Pamela has taught across all levels of the primary school (New Entrants - Year Six) including three years as Associate Principal with responsibility for the Junior School. She has taught in a variety of schools with most of her teaching being in multi ethnic settings. She has lectured in both the Mathematics and Language Departments at the Faculty of Education.

Pamela currently lectures in both primary and early childhood mathematics courses. This year she completed her Masters in Education Degree where her thesis focused on Year 7 and 8 Pasifika students’ perceptions of ‘best practice’ in learning mathematics.
