The majority of my teaching has been in mainstream primary schools in New Zealand and overseas. I also have teaching experience in both the tertiary and early childhood sectors and have worked as an ESOL and Special Needs teacher. Currently I teach on the Graduate Diploma of TESSOL (Teaching English in Schools to Speakers of Other Languages).
Research Intrests
My research interests include discourse analysis in classroom settings, teacher research as professional development, and teachers’ knowledge about language.
