Language requirements
If English is not your first language and you have not studied at a New Zealand Secondary School, you will need to produce evidence of English language proficiency with your completed application.
Undergraduate programmes
The preferred measure for undergraduate programmes is the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) with a minimum score of 7 in academic ranking, with no less than 7 in each category.
Postgraduate programmes
The preferred measure for graduate programmes is the IELTS with a minimum score of 7.5 in academic ranking, with no less than 7 in each category.
