“I’m originally a secondary school teacher of English and became interested in ECE through masters study in Education and having my own children.

“I have worked previously in ECE in managerial roles and felt knowledgeable but also wanted the credibility of a qualification. I also knew some of the lecturers here and was familiar with their research, so I knew this programme would satisfy my desire to learn and be part of a learning community. Studying this programme has given me the space and time to think about children’s learning and the opportunity to consolidate my thinking.

“I would love to work with a really inspiring team of teachers and explore the possibility of doing research or starting up a centre.”
