Work/Life Balance committee
The Work/Life Balance committee is dedicated to supporting and celebrating School of Teaching, Learning and Development staff with success in teaching and research.

Terms of Reference
- To promote, disseminate and develop a School culture which meets the social and aesthetic needs of the School.
- To report and recommend to the Head of School on policy and related issues which affect staff and student access to effective use of resources.
- To monitor meeting and workplace requirements within the School environment in accordance with the University of Auckland’s and Faculty of Education’s responsibilities and statutory obligations in these areas.
- To act as a forum for discussion and feedback in relation to showcasing teaching, learning and research objectives of the school.
- To organise and support social occasions as required.
