Faculty Research Development Fund (FRDF)
Funds are allocated annually from the General Research Support Pool to each Faculty. The application process is outlined here.
The Faculty of Education applications for the Faculty Research Development Fund (FRDF) close in March and August as shown below. The grants are made in March and September each year.
Closing Dates 2009
- Round 1 - Friday 13th March
- Round 2 - Friday 14th August
Applications must be delivered to the Faculty of Education Research Unit, N502, N Block, Gate 4, 60 Epsom Ave, Epsom, Auckland. Please do not be late with your application.
Note:
- If you are applying for Round 1 we would encourage you and your co-researchers to make every effort to be available for the interview which will be held on Thursday 19th March.
- If you are applying for Round 2 we would encourage you and your co-researchers to make every effort to be available for the interview which will be held on Friday 21st August.
- The interviews are scheduled between 9.00am and 3.00pm. You might like to block these times in your diary now to avoid clashes with other commitments. We will try our best to inform you as early as possible of your confirmed interview time and the venue for the interview. If you are unable to attend the interview, the subcommittee will have to consider your application without the benefit of an interview.
