Faculty committees

The Faculty of Education Committee Structure comprises two strands: the Faculty Committees which report to Faculty of Education Faculty Meeting and University Senate and the Management Committees which report to the Dean of the Faculty.
The Faculty Committees report to Faculty. The committee links below outline the membership and terms of reference for each Faculty Committee.
Key features of the Faculty Committees are:
- Faculty Committees are chaired by the Dean, Associate Deans or nominees appointed by the Dean.
- Chairs are responsible to effectively manage the business of the committee.
- Committee members are either appointed or elected. Elected members are nominated and committee membership elections/voting takes place at the Faculty Meeting.
- Chairs of Faculty Committees represent the Faculty on the corresponding parallel University Committee.
