The Epsom Information Commons is located in the Sylvia Ashton-Warner Library - Faculty of Education. The library was remodelled in 1999 to include a computer facility (@ace Rooms). The facility was integrated into the Information Commons Group in February 2006 and is now known as the Epsom Information Commons. It is used by the Faculty of Education students. The Epsom Information Commons is incorporated into the existing space in the Sylvia Ashton-Warner Library building and provides individual computer workstations, Multi-Function-Devices, a helpdesk area, group study areas and seating. The Epsom Information Commons consist of 3 rooms in the Sylvia Ashton-Warner Library. They are in the McGrath (south) wing on both floors. The computer training room can also be used for multi-purpose student computing when available. The Epsom Campus is located at 74 Epsom Avenue.

IC Helpdesk
IC Staff are based in the ground floor room (Epsom IC 1) 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday and 10:00am to 4:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Please check the Information Commons website news for public holiday details
Regulations
During library opening hours, access is via the Library. Do not use the external door during library opening hours as this will set off the security alarm. At library closing time you must exit the upstairs rooms of Epsom IC with your belongings. For any security issues, phone Unisafe at ext 85000. Use the telephone by the Epsom IC Consultant's desk. (This telephone can be used only for calls to Campus extensions.)
The Faculty of Education provides student access to the teaching labs for the general computing needs of all students enrolled in faculty of education courses. You will find computing labs on the fourth floor of N Block (N431 and N433). The computers in the teaching labs are available for student use when classes are not running.
