Health

General medical practices are available on the Epsom campus. All enrolled University of Auckland students receive subsidised general medical consultations. Some specialist services, such as dermatology, are also available.

Go to Student Health page.

Counselling

Sometimes it can really help to have someone to talk to. University counselling services are available to all enrolled students who have paid the Student Services Fee. A daily walk-in service and one-to-one counselling sessions are offered.

Go to Counselling page.

Specialised personal support

Specialist help is available before enrolment to help students who are unsure what they would like to study. Within each Faculty, there are also specialist advisers to provide guidance on study options or assist with problems. The University of Auckland has advisers for International, Maori and Pacific Island students, co-ordinators for students with disabilities and special needs, and both financial advisors and careers advisers.

Childcare

Faculty of Education childcare offers assistance with the challenge of juggling childcare and study.
Go to Childcare page.

Te Puna Kōhungahunga is set up to provide Maori Medium Early Childhood Care and Education for students and staff at the University of Auckland, with additional spaces available for the community.
Go to Te Puna Kōhungahunga page.

JP Services

We have staff in the Faculty of Education, who are available for Justice of the Peace duties on the Epsom campus.
