DipTchECE.jpg "My interest in teaching began when I took my daughter to the bilingual unit at our local primary school and spent time there helping children who had English as a second language with their reading. It’s such a pleasure to work with young children because they are so
uncomplicated with such clear vision and innocent minds. The course has been a challenge for me as a mature student, but the knowledge and skills I have gained are useful not just in working with children, but in all areas of my life."

Fogalele Karanikolaou is of Samoan descent and is completing her teaching diploma specialising in Pasifika ECE.
