My doctoral thesis is focused on organizatioanl learning facilitated by the use of student achievement information. The research tracks the learning journeys of three schools that have successfully raised student achievement. I have also been involved in a research project entitled "Voices from Manukau" which traces the learning journeys of students enrolled in a University of Auckland B Ed programme located in South Auckland at MIT. The majority of students enrolled in this course are from groups tradionally under respresented in tertiary study.
