Other information, interests or things that drive you

I am keen to continue working towards promoting collaborative practices when mentoring student teachers during the practicum (i.e. encouraging a reflective and an inquiry based approach to learning based upon adult learning principles and professional development)

I am particularly interested in the tensions that student teachers experience during practicum and how they might better manage their learning. My MEd thesis sought to uncover student teacher perspectives on what and how they learnt during the practicum.
