The University has provided the Faculty of Education with 16 funded Summer Scholarships for 2008/09. The aim of each Summer Scholarship is to improve PBRF outputs by engaging final year undergraduates throughout the summer to assist with research and to encourage the students to enrol in postgraduate qualifications. The students will receive a stipend of $4000 and the researcher will be reimbursed up to $1000 for research costs.
Students must register their expressions of interest with their lecturers first. We would like to advise students not to apply directly with the Research Office as each application must be supported by the lecturer who is carrying out the research project.
