Celebrating Success
It’s that time of year again when scores of beaming Education graduands in black robes and emerald green satin stop traffic and march from Old Government House up Queen Street to the Auckland Town Hall. A high number of applications to graduate from the Faculty of Education has resulted in a ceremony just for Education graduands. The faculty has already graduated more than 1000 new teachers, social workers and human services graduates so far this year, and it looks like further record numbers this spring.
