Are you confident that your school is in good health? Take this opportunity to identify any potential danger areas which could be indicators of serious problems if they are not addressed.

Kay Hawk’s presentation of her doctoral research on the process of school decline through to failure at our 2007 seminar created much interest and requests for more in-depth work with the findings.

This seminar provides an opportunity for school leadership teams to work with Kay and her colleague Jan Hill, to evaluate their own school in terms of the research and generate solutions to any identified issues.

Who this seminar is for

Senior leaders in primary, intermediate and secondary schools. The greatest benefit will be obtained if the whole leadership team attends and works together but if this is not possible, individuals or pairs can take the process back to their schools.

Please note: The above costs apply to the first two registrations from one school. Third and subsequent registrations will cost $200 per person.
