Description
In our 2007 seminar Professor Viviane Robinson presented her findings on leadership practices that make a difference to student outcomes from the Best Evidence Synthesis (BES) leadership research. After this highly successful seminar, we had many requests for her to work with leadership teams within schools.

Viviane firmly believes that research should be a resource for practitioners and it should be tailored for the specific context. She has designed this workshop to involve leadership teams in analysing their own context and applying the research evidence to their own schools.

Benefits to your school
This seminar will help you to:

  • Understand which leadership practices make a difference to student outcomes
  • Analyse your own context in relation to BES leadership practices
  • Identify implications of the BES leadership practices for your own school

Who this seminar is for

Senior leaders in primary, intermediate and secondary schools. The greatest benefit will be obtained if the whole leadership team attends and works together, but if this is not possible, individuals or pairs can take the process back to their schools.

Seminar cost

  • UASLC Members: $310
  • Non-Members: $350

Please note: The above costs apply to the first two registrations from one school. Third and subsequent registrations will cost $200 per person.
