Description
Some senior leaders will have committed to the year long National Aspiring Principals Programme based at the Faculty of Education. Others will be looking for alternative opportunities in this area. This two day seminar will explore the special features of the principal role and will include sessions on leadership style, leading and influencing a team, finance, board relationships and career planning. The experiences of newly appointed principals will also be shared.
