Description
Current middle managers in schools are the senior leaders of the future. In this seminar the differences between the two levels of management are explored along with the latest research on the leadership required in schools of the future.

Effective leaders have strong skills in listening, communicating and relating appropriately to a range of people. Such skills can be developed and Roseann Gedye will work actively with the group on these.

Practical workshops will allow participants to identify a career path, prepare to write applications and practice interview skills. The experiences of people who have made this move will also be shared.
