The Contact Centre within the Faculty of Education is the hub for all student administration. It manages student inquiries, admission, enrolment and practicum matters, in close consultation with programme leaders, teaching staff and the central university administration.
The Centre is located on level 3 of N block, and is divided into three operational teams.
- The Undergraduate Team is responsible for all Foundation Certificate, Diploma and Degree programmes.
- The Graduate/Postgraduate Team is responsible for all Graduate programmes along with Postgraduate Diplomas, Honours Degrees, Masters and Doctoral Degrees.
- The Practicum Team is responsible for all matters relating to the students’ practical experiences in schools and early childhood centres.
