Students Association

Haere Mai, Talofa Lava, Malo e Leilei, Ni sa Bula Vinaka, Fakaalofa Lahi Atu, Kia Orana, Welcome.

Epsom-Tai Tokerau Students Association Inc (ETTSA) is the student association representing students at the Epsom and Tai Tokerau Campuses of the Faculty of Education.

The Student Association has an elected Executive who are interested in representing their fellow students. Elections are held in September/October each year.

These executive representative positions are open to all students with an interest in representing their fellow students. The student body is also represented by the executive members on a number of committees. Direct access to committees via student representatives ensures that student concerns are heard and acted upon.
An administrator staffs the Student Office on the ground floor of K Block (K605).

The Student Centre provides a variety of services including NZEI application forms, international student identity cards (ISIC), application forms for discounts on travel costs, function tickets, and a loan-out system for sports equipment, uniforms and laptop computers. A budgeting adviser is available for students - appointments need to be made through the Administrator.

Join the Student association

Once you have settled into the university life, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to participate in student affairs. ETTSA (Epsom, Tai Tokerau Students’ Association) is run by students, for students, at Epsom and Tai Tokerau campuses. ETTSA works in partnership with, AUSA (Auckland University Students Association).

The main role of the association is to support its student members. Its representatives are there to help you with things like organising sport equipment loans, international student identity cards, Student Job Search, public phones, budgeting advice and hardship grants. You and your queries are always welcome in the office located at the Epsom campus.
On the student affairs and recreational side, the associations organise clubs and run social, cultural, sporting and recreational activities.
