"I’ve been working in the local government in the Philippines for the past 10 years. I decided to further my education because I wanted to become an advocate of social equity and social justice in my home country.
"I researched online and learned that the University of Auckland is ranked the highest in New Zealand and in the top 3% of over 800 universities worldwide. I applied to the Master of Social Work programme - and I’ve had no regrets ever since.
"I enjoy having the freedom to choose from a diverse range of courses - from grief and loss to social work supervision. This masters degree is also helping me improve my critical thinking skills. The University facilities are great and I enjoy the atmosphere at Epsom Campus.
