Programme overview

Develop your clinical and professional supervision skills while learning alongside practitioners from a wide range of professions. Grow your skillset through short block-courses and online flexible self-directed study, with feedback from peers and lecturers. This multi-disciplinary programme is designed to meet the demand for qualified supervisors in social and human services.

Throughout the programme you will examine the concept, role, purpose and benefits of supervision in a wide range of professions. Exploring the range of theoretical and practical models and approaches to professional supervision, you’ll learn about a framework for anti-oppressive supervision practice, study cross-cultural dynamics and develop and integrate advanced knowledge, skills and values of professional supervision.

Only two courses are required to complete the qualification, and you can credit the courses towards the Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Supervision.
