For flexible learning students

There are a number of ways you can submit your assignment. However, some courses may have specific submission requirements, and this will be announced by your lecturer. The following submission options may be available to you:

1. By Canvas
If your lecturer has instructed you to submit your assignment online, upload your assignment to the appropriate Assignment ‘Drop Box’ in Canvas. For uploading instructions, view the help notes provided in the Canvas Guides. Canvas has a Support Hotline – call 0800 001469 from a landline or mobile to speak with Canvas Support.

2. In person through the Assignment Centre’s assignment box: 
This is located in A Block (A114A) at the Faculty of Education and Social Work, Gate 3, Epsom Avenue, Epsom. This is accessible between the hours of 7:30am – 5:30pm. After Hours: Assignment Box Main Entrance A Block, Gate 3 Epsom Avenue, Epsom.

3. By post to:

Your cover sheet will be scanned and an automatic email will be sent to students confirming receipt of their assignment. Students should allow at least 3-4 days posting time prior to the assignment due date.
In some circumstances your lecturer may allow you to submit via email. If this is the case, please follow the directions below.

4. By email: 
In some circumstances your lecturer may allow you to submit via email. If this is the case, please send the file to your Lecturer’s email address.

All assignments need to be named clearly in a way that makes it easily identified with student name, course code and assignment number (i.e., johnbrown_educ12_assign2.doc). Additionally, please identify each page of your assignment, including any supporting documentation, by adding your student name, student ID and course code in the header or footer.
