Partnerships and collaboration

The Centre for Child and Family Research collaborates with a wide range or researchers and organisations working in the field of child and family wellbeing.

Partnerships and collaborations

The centre is committed to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and thus uses a bi-cultural partnership approach to research.

Members of the centre have wide research and evaluation experience with children and their families and in working with people from Māori and Pacific communities.

Centre staff collaborate not only with the researchers in various other departments of the University of Auckland but nationally and internationally as well.

The Centre for Child and Family Research is committed to research that is of practical value and directly benefits those it targets. The centre liaises with policy makers, operates in partnership with communities, and works closely with professionals and organisations in a wide variety of fields that have bearing on the wellbeing of children and families.
