Walk N Talk Competition

Campus Connections Aotearoa is an innovative youth mentoring programme where young people in alternative education are mentored by Faculty of Education and Social Work Students. The programme will be delivered for the first time in Semester 2 2017. We need your help in developing resources for the Walk N Talk activity.


Who can enter?

Walk N Talk is open to all Faculty of Education and Social Work staff and students.

What do you need to do?

  1. Tell us about a location with the Epsom Campus that has a historical, interesting or educational fact associated with it, along with a picture of the location.
  2. Submit your entry using the official entry from below to campus.connections@auckland.ac.nz.
  3. You can enter as many times as you like.
  4. Competition is now open and closes on 10 July 2017.

What happens next after you submit your entry?

  • Entries will be judged based on creativity, interest, clarity and uniqueness.
  • The winners will be announced on 14 July 2017.
  • Your participation will benefit young people in alternative education. With each entrant’s permission, we would like to use their Walk N Talk competition entry for Campus Connections Aotearoa.

  • 1st place - $100 Westfield gift voucher
  • 2nd, 3rd and 4th place - $55 Westfield gift vouchers
