Hei te Rāapa 26 o Paenga-whāwhā 2017, ka whakanuitia te Rā Maumahara ANZAC e Te Kura Akoranga me te Tauwhiro Tangata.  Ka tūpou te māhunga hei tohu whakamaumahara ki a Te Hokowhitu-a-Tūmatauenga, te tīni ngirongiro kua hinga i te Pakanga o Gallipoli. Anō nei hoki ka whakamaumahara ki a te hunga, te ohu kaimahi me ngā tauira.

‘Mate atu hē tētē kura, hara mai rā hē tētē kura’.

 

ANZAC Remembrance Ceremony

The Faculty of Education and Social Work Anzac Service will be held on Wednesday 26th April 2017 to commemorate New Zealand’s 18,000 soldiers lost during the battle of Gallipoli. We will also remember past staff and students who displayed courage and self-sacrifice serving our country.

 

Returned service personnel are asked to wear their medals and decorations.

If you are a descendant of returned service personnel, you are welcome to participate by wearing their medals on the right upper portion of your apparel.
